  3. What is the processing time for shipments? Processing times for orders usually range between 1-3 business days. However, on certain occasions, there might be slight delays. These can be due to items being temporarily out of stock or if we require additional information regarding your order. In such instances, we’ll reach out to you directly to ensure clarity and continuity in our service.

What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived and it’s outside the estimated delivery date? While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there are external factors beyond our control when shipping globally. Issues like customs hold-ups, international postal service delays, or regional disturbances can occasionally impact the speed of delivery. Please understand that these circumstances are outside our direct influence. Additionally, there is a possibility that your package might have been lost during transit. If you suspect this, or if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please notify us immediately. We’re committed to assisting our customers, and we will investigate the situation and, if necessary, promptly issue a replacement package for you.
  5. Are there any customs or import taxes I should be aware of? No, there are no customs, import duties, or additional taxes.

What if my shipment is delayed due to circumstances outside of your control? Since a majority of our orders are being sent internationally, there are circumstances outside of our control which might result in your order being delayed, such as customs, postal strikes, or understaffed postal services in your country. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by these factors.
